Hotel reservations for your teams have been contracted with The Zenith Group. One person should confirm reservations for the entire team with Ken Broadbent at 800‐476‐0542 or through the web site at www.thezenithgroup.com. Teams should not contact the hotels directly nor should families contact The Zenith Group individually. Please complete the hotel reservation form below to speed the registration process. This should be done within one business day of your District Championship.
One two‐person room per player and coach is reserved. All players from each team will be at the same hotel, although not all teams will be in the same hotel.
At this time, only District 16 will not have rooms reserved. Any district not needing rooms must contact The Zenith Group and LaMott Smith as soon as they can.
Additional family members and guests cannot use The Zenith Group to book their rooms.
District Administrators planning to attend should contact LaMott Smith at 703‐608‐1895 for room reservation information.
