Opening ceremonies and dinner will be held at the National Conference Center, beginning promptly at 6:00PM with team introductions. Hotel reservations for your teams have been contracted with The Zenith Group. State Tournament t‐shirts and pins will be available for purchase at Freedom Park.
Pictures
A photography company will be on‐site to take action photos during the games. No unofficial team representatives will be allowed in the dugouts or on the fields. Photography or filming is allowed through the fence. Team pictures will also be taken at opening ceremonies. Photos are being uploaded to www.meganclarkphotography.com.
