All managers and coaches should arrive at (or return to) the National Conference Center by 3:45PM. A
bus will take managers and coaches to Freedom Park to give everyone a chance walk the fields prior to
games being played. District staff will be on hand to answer questions about the fields, ground rules,
facilities, and any other question you have about Freedom Park. The bus will return to the National
Conference Center in time for the opening ceremonies.
