Registration, opening ceremonies, dinner, and the tournament meeting will take place at the National Conference Center. Team Registration

All teams must register with the Tournament Officials at the National Conference Center between noon and 4:00PM on Thursday, July 21. Field Inspection

All managers and coaches should arrive at (or return to) the National Conference Center by 3:45PM. A mandatory meeting for managers, coaches, tournament officials, and umpires will be held at 9:00PM at the National Conference Center, following opening ceremonies. Equipment

Each team must provide their own equipment. District 16 will provide assistance in case of emergency. Please inspect your equipment before traveling. Tournament Play Guidelines

Teams should arrive at the field 75 minutes prior to game time and should report immediately to the Tournament Director. If not already done, a coin toss will decide home and visitor.
